So, last night I went out with my friend Kate, who studied with me in Argentina and is living in Boston too. Her roommate went to Curry College and organized a huge reunion-type thing for them and their friends. They rented a party bus, basically like a shuttle bus with leather couches inside, a bathroom, stereo system, a pole of course haha. There were 35 of us, I only knew Kate and her two roommates at the beginning of the night. We went to one girl's house, like 20minutes outside Boston to hang out/drink and then we got on the party bus. There were tons of jello shots involved and dancing on the bus while it was moving, which was quite challenging. The bus took us to a club in Boston, which had a mechanical bull. I was wearing a dress so I didn't want to risk giving everyone a show, although many of the girls in the group were wearing dresses and still went on the bull. Then, we don't actually know what happened, but apparently a few people in our group got kicked out so they told us all to leave so we were wandering around in the rain waiting for the bus to come. Then the partying continued back at the house where everyone was sprawled out on couches, air mattresses, bathtubs, floors, crowded beds, and some people even slept in cars. It was a crazy night, and even though pretty much everyone had hangovers this morning and nobody slept because people were snoring/being loud, it was still super fun
So, the whole point of me telling that story is, the majority of everyone there went to school together and they were all singing along to one of their songs that defined their college experience. And after "don't stop believin" came on and it made me miss you guys.
So, mark your calendars for the end of May (probably Memorial Day weekend). There will be some sort of goodbye shindig before I go to Kenya for 2 years. I'm thinking about perhaps in Boston, so it's easier for people to get to. I dunno, Katie told me she's already started brainstorming...

A goodbye shindig would be an excellent albeit sad reason for all of us to get together.
Tony
I miss you toooo Lizzie!
A goodbye party is definitely in order. And for a few of my possible life plans I'll be heading back to London around that time, so could definitely make a scheduled stop going that direction! :)
